What Should I do if my Helmet Isn't Charging?

Please cycle the USB charger by inserting and removing it from the helmet several times, then pressing the power button for at least 3 seconds. This will reset the helmet and resolve charging and power-on issues

If the above step does not work, try using a different USB cable or charger to see if the issue is with the charging equipment.

Make sure that the charging port on the helmet is clean and free from any debris or dust. Use a soft cloth or brush to gently clean the port.

Check if the battery is fully drained. If it is, leave the helmet to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.

If the helmet still does not charge, contact customer support for further assistance. They will be able to troubleshoot the issue and provide a solution.

It is important to note that helmets have a limited lifespan and may need to be replaced after a certain period of time. If the helmet is old or has been used extensively, it may be time to consider purchasing a new one.

Remember to always follow the manufacturer's instructions for charging and maintaining your helmet to ensure its longevity and safety.
